Shipping Policy

- Processing and shipping can take up to 6 weeks depending on order volume. In most cases your order will ship out around 3-4 weeks after the date purchased. Depending on which shipping rate you selected, the actual delivery time can take up to 1 week for US orders and over a month for international orders. The day you receive tracking may not be the same day your order is shipped out to you. Order labels are purchased when orders begin to get packed and organized which is when the tracking email is sent out to customers. 

- Orders are declared lost after 3 weeks if shipping label hasn't updated and order hasn't arrived from the date packages are dropped off. In these cases, if I am able to send a replacement out, I will. If order status shows delivered but your package is lost, Hells Oddities is not liable or responsible for the package and cannot offer a replacement. In those cases, you would need to reach out to USPS.

- If an order arrives to you broken, send a detailed email with pictures of the issue and we will process a return label for you to send the item back for a replacement. We will only accept free broken item replacements within the first 24 hours that your order arrives. If your item breaks from normal wear, we still offer to fix it for free, but the customer would have to cover shipping cost and we will email you the labels. 


Return Policy

Hells Oddities does not offer returns or exchanges. Once an item is purchased it is a final sale. 

If an item is missing during transit, a replacement will be shipped within 2 weeks with stamps, or the offer of store credit to replaced the order with a tracked label 

US ORDERS: If an order is received back as return to sender by the postal office, you will have the option of store credit for the items or to have your order reshipped to you with corrections made. If the order is returned twice, you will automatically receive store credit. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  If an order is received back as return to sender by the postal office, due to shipping costs you will automatically receive store credit for the items.  

 We will attempt to contact you up to 3 times about your returned package and we hold returned packages up to 9 months.
